Returns Policy:
At Orchard Park Optometry if you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return it, we're here to help.
We accept the returns only if contacts are bought within a year of the original purchase. We will only do credits on file or exchange, NO REFUNDS. All the contacts boxes should be unopened and it must be in excellent condition. This means the boxes should not be torn or ripped or have writing on it.
To return an item, please call our office. We cannot accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s)
